I recall someone mentioning (think it was Ephier) back at the start of 3.2 that they were having trouble getting 7 shot hypercharges - but only in some zones like La Noscea or something funny like that. Heh, I wonder if there's something funny going on at the server end, I'll take a look for myself when I log in later.
