I have been curious about the second wild fire also. When I usually hold my reload and dps cool downs for wild fire I tend to kill sss ten seconds faster than when I use wildfire without reload.

SSS is only 3 minutes. Wildfire is a 90 second CD. A normal striking dummy rotation has Strong Wildfire, Weak Wildfire, Strong Wildfire, Weak Wildfire, Strong Wildfire, etc. every 90 seconds.

But SSS is only 3 minutes. Wildfire will come off CD just after 3 minutes, which you cannot use. That means you only get to use 2 Wildfires. So instead, you optimize your CD's around 2 Strong Wildfires.
