Not exactly sure what you are talking about, the majority of MCH's dmg is effected by Skill Speed. The same way BLM's are, every single skill BLM casts is on the GCD, so SS heavily effects that class for instance. Now look at MCH.

Rough approximations based on on this :
    • Split Shot ~ 18%
    • Slug Shot ~16%
    • Clean Shot ~12%
    • Lead Shot ~12%
    • Hot Shot ~3%
    • Wild Fire 6%

Means almost 70% of your damage is effected by SS, which is pretty comparable to BRDs. They a 1% Higher or so.

Also I would like to note, 20% of the Brds DMG that is effected by SS is DoT Dmg, where as for MCH its only 12%. From my understanding, SS is a pretty lousy stat for Dots, (100 SS = 1% Dmg increase, and also one of reason SMNs didn't really go for SS until the Ruin III changes). In that case, wouldn't SS be even more valuable on MCH than it is on BRD?

One last thing, the MCH turret does less DMG as a % for a MCH than Bloodletter does for a BRD. Both, unaffected by Skillspeed.

Wildfire is less affected by skill speed because it often goes hand-in-hand with rapid fire. Not to mention that fight has the MCH getting seven balance cards, it's going to skew the dps contribution from their abilities. Specifically, their turret that doesn't benefit from balance being given to the MCH, while BRD's bloodletter does. Otherwise the turret would make up for more of the MCH's average DPS (and DoTs to a lesser extent, since it ticks for a longer time compared to BRD ones)

Your one link does not seem to work. Broken down MCH average of skills that are effected by SPD is usually 60%. I would not include Wildfire in that amount due to the significant amount of damage made up of oGCD skills as well as without being able to fit extra attacks within the timeframe without ridiculous SPD values.

Compare that to BRD which is ~75-90% that is effected by SPD. I say 75-90% because depending on how much crit you have you will have an increasing number of BL procs. Now the tricky part is that when you stack enough crit to have a significant number of BL procs, by stacking SPD you are gaining a % of extra damage on BL due to not missing extra procs from having a shorter cast time.

So generally the difference between MCH and BRD in regards to SPD is in the area of 20-30%
