This is what I did,

Buy 220 crafted helm and wrist (crit det). Since the prototype and lore helm are especially poorly itemized (acc sks), it's a good investment.

Week 1: chain bolt spring spring
Week 2: bolt bolt spring spring + lore body (that's this week) http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/SU51
Week 3: pedal pedal crank crank + lore ring http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/SU53
Week 4: 220+ everywhere and don't need Midas N any more

My reason for Lore ring on week 3 is that
1. It's crit/det
2. It's the last 210 piece left to upgrade (Gordian Ring of Aiming)
3. Some of the other left side Lore pieces are decent (like boots), but I'll have just got prototype gear in that slot so it's a waste to upgrade the same slot twice in one week - at least get one week of use out of it before you overwrite that slot again.

Can't speculate on Week 4+ spending yet since drops from A5S/A6S might change your gearing path due to caps and stuff, so it's a "Figure it out when you get there" kind of thing.
