Seems there is no avoiding melding accuracy to reach cap in the new gear. What's worrying me if u completely avoid skill speed u end up with a very low number, not sure if it will have negative effect on dps. (Sub 400ss).

Oh by the way mch is king in a12s (if u are not a mana slave battery).

By the looks of things, your damage wasn't bad by any means. The only reason you're not hitting the silly big wildfires are because you didn't get many crits. And remember your WF is solo so no Dex bonus and no group utility boosts.

By no means do I think I am an amazing MCH, but after watching your video I noticed that your buffs are falling off so your last 2-3 weaponskills are unbuffed. Now I'm not going to do the math, but losing all 3 buffs and losing your dex potion on a few actions may be a reason why you wildfires don't go kaboom. Good Luck!

What are the accuracy caps for sophia extreme and a9s to a12s?

Could someone help me with a non-Savage BiS for MCH? This is the best i came up with so far , http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/W2X4 but im not sure if there would be any better things i could use.
(i did not use any crafted gear cause i have neither the money nor the crafters to get them :/ )

Vp, I came up with the same conclusion of bis set. Unfortunately most of it are Alex drops.

One thing thu. Remove 1 accuracy materia from boots and meld crt instead. 705 accuracy for a12s.

Also I might consider removing 1 det and melding ss. (So that its just right below 500ss)

I'm going for http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/VZ9Z personally, which compared to that is a net change of -66 crit, -129 sks, and +231 det.

I just value avoiding sks over gaining a bit of crit. The only difference I see is I opted for the acc/det shire legs instead of the crit/sks alexandrian ones, with the bonus that I don't need to meld accuracy anymore except for one in the helm (because 2 det Vs goes over the det cap).

Whatever the case I think we've never had a tier that has been itemized as well as this one. It's going to be fun running around in this until 4.0 comes around.
