Your one link does not seem to work. Broken down MCH average of skills that are effected by SPD is usually 60%. I would not include Wildfire in that amount due to the significant amount of damage made up of oGCD skills as well as without being able to fit extra attacks within the timeframe without ridiculous SPD values.

Compare that to BRD which is ~75-90% that is effected by SPD. I say 75-90% because depending on how much crit you have you will have an increasing number of BL procs. Now the tricky part is that when you stack enough crit to have a significant number of BL procs, by stacking SPD you are gaining a % of extra damage on BL due to not missing extra procs from having a shorter cast time.

So generally the difference between MCH and BRD in regards to SPD is in the area of 20-30%

MCH gets nowhere near as much out of skill speed as BRD. Don't forget Flaming Arrow in your calculations. Any good BRD, more often than not, will double Iron Jaws every set of buffs. Which also helps skill speed. Not really a thing on MCH due to the 30s dot. The Empyreal Arrow recast is nice too, among other things.

That said it isn't wrong to like skill speed on MCH. I know some MCH have amounts of skill speed they feel more comfortable with regardless of tiny differences in output.

Any tips for Sephirot extreme? Farthest I have been is adds during phase 3. Also I have been hearing different stories about Lb usage. Where I heard to let melee lb the storm add or range lb the small adds.

Ideally you wouldn't need to use the LB on the storm if you have all the dps up, without cooldowns. Otherwise your group may otherwise be crunching hard for numbers to meet the enrage.

Most groups use the range LB on the storm so it hits the adds along with it.

If you have a group that doesn't LB it, I recommend saving a hypercharge for it because that thing is dangerous and shouldn't be underestimated. I've seen kill videos where they just barely kill it in time.

The first time you use the tornado to avoid his hand sweep, Sephirot needs to be around 32%.

I remember I was the one doing the LBing, immediately after the Malkuth knockback you can LB, hit both the storm and Seph and get away before the yellow flash comes. Using the melee one seems like a waste, since the MCH LB nearly one-shots the storm and gives you some damage on Seph to boot - melee one is going to be overkill.

Caster LB is a thing as well if your healers are up to the task. With the right positioning, it can hit everything including Seph but you're going to get a huge spike of explosion damage from the small adds dying at the same time.

I typically use dismantle on the three knockbacks. The knockbacks are physical damage, and the entirety of it requires mobility which cuts down on potential heals. The other option is using mind rend on da'at. Everything else is hybrid damage and it's too much trouble to ask people to stack on one side for Life Force (physical) and Spirit (magic) AoEs.

So is the common consensus accuracy if under the cap and critical on everything not maxed out followed by determination for materia melds?

I LB as a mch. I line up in a mentally prepared spot so that the knockback hits me to the southwest of the storm (side dps stacks before pillars). As soon as the knockback hits I aim the lb at the right tank tower, killing the storm and two adds and hitting the boss
