Clarify? I don't get you.

I'm not sure what button it is for controller players but keyboard/mouse players can just hit Numpad 0 or whatever they have keybound to Target Nearest NPC/object.

This, sorry. Should have explained better. But it skips over targeting the players and pets that are butt-humping the bell while afk which is pretty handy. I gave up on trying to click through zergs a looooong time ago. Works on the Eso vendor/Alex vendor too, where a lot of people also tend to congregate.
