Retrying local leve bug

Steps:
1. Fail a local leve.
2. Go into the journal to retry the local leve.
3. Notice the message asks if you want to use one of your 0 leve allowances to retry the leve.

*No, I did not have 0 leve allowances. I had 21. I was able to retry the leves fine but the text did not correctly reflect the amount of leve allowances I had.
