Why no acc for CS?

It's obvious that healers are expected to dps in Alex savage now since the dps checks are soo tight. So I'm confuse as to how come SE didn't give healer more acc or do what they did to tank and give us a acc boost when we go into cleric stance. It's sad see my miasma 2 and aero missing, sometime 5x in a row due to RNG and low acc.

Actually, fights still aren't designed with healer DPS in mind. Now if you want to clear them below the design gear level, or if the DPS & tanks are outputting below expectations, healer DPS may be necessary. But the simplest answer is just that: content isn't designed around healer DPS, and that's why.

OTOH, with so many tight DPS checks everywhere, jobs (both tanks and healers) are being evaluated with more and more emphasis on how much DPS they can contribute, more than anything else...

If SE ever does add acc to CS, it will need to be a pretty huge boost to make much of a difference in savage though. Like +50%?

Also, AST's DoTs are very good and do not have an accuracy check. If you can handle Malefic 2 missing sometimes, it's not such a bad job to DPS on.

I wanted to add to what has already been said. I would imagine tank's get the increased accuracy because hitting is essential to keeping threat while accuracy in cleric stance is not required to heal.

All the same, it would be nice if CS gave acc.

spending mp on missed aeros, stones, broils, malefics, etc.

cs really needs the same treatment as tanking stances.

For some reason, I thought that SE was going to give CS acc boost before 3.0 came out. Was so disappointed when they only gave it to tanks lol
