Why no acc for CS?

So I'm confuse as to how come SE didn't give healer more acc or do what they did to tank and give us a acc boost when we go into cleric stance.

I wanted to add to what has already been said. I would imagine tank's get the increased accuracy because hitting is essential to keeping threat while accuracy in cleric stance is not required to heal.

All the same, it would be nice if CS gave acc.
