Thread: I Recruited 3 friends and didn't receive gold chocobo feathers

Hello, I've recruited 3 Friends and i received a confirmation mail for each one of em, but i didn't receive the gold feathers, and here is a screenshot of my mog station which says i got 3 friends registered, my friends in game already got their chocobo feathers today

As far as i know, there is 2 types of rewards, one of em does not require the friends u recruited to have subscription

Am i wrong ?

I got feathers for recruiting 2 friends. But i did not get extra 5 when one of them subbed for 1 month

nvm he needs to do 150 day sub for 5 feathers, lol

So how long did it take you guys who have friends registered with your code only (no subscription bought) to receive your Gold Chocobo Feathers?

My account had a subscription running for the past 3 months (3 more to go now), I quit the game around the 15th of july, thinking, meh I'm bored of Ravana EX & cba to wait for Alexander, and I was like, on 30th I will get my feathers.

I came back to the game 2 days ago. I got NOTHING in my ingame mail box. I spammed the crap out of the 'Reward Delivery Request' button at the mog mail in game. Nothing.

I even posted 2 bug reports in game, one registration code bug contact us form (Only got an automated "we received your message" reply 10 hours later) and posted in Technical support here as well.

Seems like nobody is able to answer me? What did I do wrong? And yes, my mail box in game is empty. And my friends are showing on my account as registered with my code.

EDIT:

I now remember that I had de-activated my account in fact during the past 1.5 months. I only reactivated it 2 days ago. Maybe that has something to do with this bug.

Yes, I did sent my mogstation picture in the registration code support message. How the hell is that possible ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Welp, at least I finally got an answer I guess. I replied with all the screenshots. Hopefuly someone will understand that I DID get my Recruit-a-Friend codes USED and REGISTERED with as seen on my account and emails... >_<

The response I got ingame specifically said I didn't have any recruited friend with my codes (which is 100% wrong as seen on screenshots) so hum I don't know.

The fact that I don't see any R-A-F rewards in my Additionnal Items menu on MogStation is weird though. <- If I was supposed to receive anything, it should be displayed here. People who even had full ingame mail were able to use the 'Reward Delivery Request' button to receive their rewards so I should have received those by using that button too (I didn't)

I can't do /fistbump ingame either (dunno if that's supposed to show up in mogstation or be an item to be received ingame, either case /fistbump does nothing for me)

So yeah.

Somehow, Square Enix considers me to have not recruited anybody, despite the MogStation and .... SquareEnix emails in my gmail o_o
