BTW, note that the turn-ins for RCS change at 1PM Pacific each day, but the weekly reset is at 1AM Pacific on Thursday.
So whatever is listed for turn-ins the afternoon before the reset will be the turn-in the next morning (after reset) as well.

I usually look at the turn-in Wednesday evening and if one is particularly attractive I will make them up Wednesday night.
I then turn them in Thursday morning.

For evaluating the turn-ins for material needed and number of cafts required for each, I like to use Garland Tools.
