Crafting Macros for 70/80 Durability Recipes at Level 60

Hi all! I wanted to share the crafting macros I use for 70/80 durability goods at level 60. Using these macros you can easily reach HQ on most white item and older 70/80 durability recipes. Please note this set of macros has some hasty touches so you will sometimes get a normal quality product. Also special note, as written this macro uses 402 CP. If you DO NOT have enough CP you can reduce the CP cost by swapping one or two basic touch for hasty touch!

    Crossclass skills required:
Comfort Zone (ALC 50), Steady Hand II (CUL 37), Muscle Memory (CUL 54), and Careful Synthesis II (WVR 50).

The macro comes in three parts: The idea is you always start your sequence with TwoStar80DurabilityStart. You end with TwoStar80DurabilityEndNormal if the condition is normal/good/poor. You end with TwoStar80DurabilityEndExcellent if the condition is excellent.

    TwoStar80DurabilityStart:
    /action "Muscle Memory" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Comfort Zone" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Inner Quiet" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Steady Hand II" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Hasty Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Master's Mend II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Steady Hand II" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Innovation" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>

    TwoStar80DurabilityEndNormal(if condition normal/good):
    /action "Great Strides" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Byregot's Blessing" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>

    TwoStar80DurabilityEndExcellent(if condition excellent):
    /action "Byregot's Blessing" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>

Let me know if you have any questions!

I also want to mention I keep second variant on hand for when I'm using food buffs. The only change is the the START, where I essentially remove the hasty touch and bump the last touch to a standard.

    TwoStar80DurabilityStartWithCPFood:
    /action "Muscle Memory" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Comfort Zone" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Inner Quiet" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Steady Hand II" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Master's Mend II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Steady Hand II" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Basic Touch" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Innovation" <me> <wait.2>
    /action "Standard Touch" <me> <wait.3>

You can use Byregrot's Brow to avoid needing two different finishing macros, just take the Innovation out of the first macro and use this as your 2nd macro:

    /ac "Great Strides" <me> <wait.2>
    /ac "Byregot's Brow" <me>
    /ac "Innovation" <me> <wait.2>
    /ac "Byregot's Blessing" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me> <wait.3>
    /action "Careful Synthesis II" <me>

Honestly I only keep one on my bar personally. If an excellent pops I finish it manually ;-) The problem comes up with an excellent popping one step before your Byregot's, so you have to have a break to make an educated decision. If you don't there is a chance your Byregot's will land on a poor = bad synth.

That's what Brow does for you. It requires a good/excellent to be used, so it's a built in check to filter out the poor Blessings. Even a good Brow will get you better results than a Blessing + Innovation on normal (with 7 touches, or pretty much any 100% HQ macro that can miss on a poor Blessing).

That's true. Though it wouldn't work for what I use it for. It would be good for food macros! Good tip Stouter!

Move the hasty to last. That way you get your stacks for sure with the basics and then if hasty hits you get it with the bonus control.

Also do the precise touch/basic touch trick since cost same cp to get stacks faster

    /ac "precise touch"
    /ac "basic touch" <wait.3>

That is a good tip but I would have to split the macro in three (due to macro length requirements). But that would have probably been worth doing on a leveling macro.

As for the hasty first vs last. You want your hasty's at the front so if they are missed, they are missed with the lowest control (lowest quality loss).

It's the same result regardless of where you put your hasty. The only factor that changes anything in your macro is that the last basic has Innovation on it, so you would want that one to be 100%. You could swap it with any other basic touch and have no change in anything.
