Steps:
1. Pick up the "Disorganized Crime" quest in Gridania.
2. Go do the quest up until you are supposed to save the abducted girl.
3. Go to the girl, and you find out it is Kanne-E-Senna's sister (her name escapes me for now)
4. Use the Echo to look into her memories. Watch the cinema and notice near the end of the memory, Kanne-E-Senna floats off, with her legs and staff arm dragging behind, instead of doing a proper walk off.
