    You can definitely change the time and date reserved for your wedding ceremony, as long as you do so before the actual time it's due to take place - you have to speak to the elezen woman standing outside the entrance to the Sanctum to do so (when me and my bf were planning our own ceremony we ended up changing our date to my real life birthday so I know for a fact it can be done).
