    Foliage flickering

Hey, all. I'm new to this game, and it's cool and all, but when I'm in an outdoor area with lots of trees and grass, it's an absolute eyesore. Like it literally hurts my eyes and makes me feel nauseous. All of the trees and grass look like garbage, almost like TV static. This appears to be caused by aliasing, but I can't find any updated info. on how to solve it. My GPU is a GTX 660 2 GB (factory overclocked.) I'm running at around 50-60 FPS and not having any other issues. I've tried playing with all the in-game settings. It looks like this whether it's on the lowest or maximum. Any advice on where to start?

Edit: I did some more research, and it appears to be related to negative LOD bias, but Nvidia no longer allows us to control that for DX apps. Also, I can't really do supersampling with this setup. Would it help using a smaller monitor or lower resolution? Mine is 23" and 1920x1080.
