Waking the Spirit

I read that the waking the spirit quest was "addressed" in a hot fix ([EU] Patch 1.19 Hotfixes (Oct. 6)) but I am still unable to accept the quest. My highest crafting class is 25.

Thank you for the reply, but we did figure out what the problem was. It seems the appropriate crafting job was too low a level. I was able to eventually open the quest.
