Armory Bonus XP 50-60 question

Quick question:

It seems like I read that there was only an armory bonus for alts between 50-60 if you already have one class at 60, but I have BRD at 55 and DRG at 51, and the DRG is getting a 50% XP bonus on kills now. Did that get changed at some point since HW release?

My other question is, does the bonus go up to 100% for alt classes between 50-60 once my BRD is 60 or not?

Trying to decide whether to level DRG now or wait.

Lemme clarify for you as best as I can:

Taking your example for BRD at level 55 and DRG at level 51.
Since BRD is your highest job currently, any other battle job under that level will gain 50% more exp.

If you take your BRD to level 60, Any job over 50 will begin taking 50% more exp, while any class/job under 50 will be taking 100% more exp.

You don't actually need to hit the level cap to receive the bonus exp. This was true at level 50 as well.
Just have something higher levelled than what you currently are levelling.

Okay, cool. I just wondered if there would be a reason to wait to level the DRG until I had BRD at 60.

Just to note, I am already getting 100% bonus to XP on classes under 50 even though I don't yet have a class at 60. That was changed in 3.0 I believe.
