    A deathknell to my help post?

    All,

    Not sure if this will help me at all but I fired a post to bug reports (after being prompted to do so by CS) and it has been moved to Insufficient Information. Should I consider this a sign that SE have nothing to offer me? Totally baffled by this one any help much appreciated!

    No it means you're supposed to fill out a bug report in the format that they specify.

    Even if the information doesn't seem relevant, if you don't post in the format they require, it will be moved to insufficient

    Ok looked back at my post and I'm struggling to believe that my post (albeit not following a predefined structure) is in some way confusing or otherwise ruling itself out for support.

    Is this type of dismissive approach typical of SE support?

    It is the way of it, they have a proper form to fill out in order to help you the best way they can. If you don't want to follow it you won't get much help. Your post is vague at best. Yeah we see your problem but have no idea what platform your on PS3/4, PC? If its a PC they need to know the specifics of it. If It is indeed saved client side something is wrong on your end and without knowing what your playing on, how can one even begin to diagnose the issue?
