They don't. They give seals, 100 poetics, and 30 law. A's and B's don't give Eso either.

I'm baffled by the Poetics. What am I supposed to do with them? I've got complete sets for every conceivable job and still am maxed. I truly only got them to stop the 'you're maxed on poetics, are you sure you want to turn this in?' things I get which are an annoyance.

God, please stop with the poetics! Please please! I'm cool with them being given out with ARR hunts. It might actually make people more happy to do those hunts but we shouldn't be weighed down by them in HW.
