Sent this to cust. support but told to fire it up here so...

Brand new to FFXIV and having a small issue whenever I log in to the game all of my hotbars and gear sets have reset to default. I understand that this information is stored locally however I've still got no idea how I can go about remedying this issue? Any help gratefully received!
