I think she meant PS3 and PS4 and also included the PC which has the similar spec to PS4 which I would say should cover over 2/3 of the player bases. Since the person she quoted said to get rid of PS4 as well, but since PS4 can perform about the same as middle tier PC, well, there you have it.
