    No, at least not soon. Migrating from ps3 to pc/ps4 is not always feasible even if someone can afford them financially. I think, 6 month notice is a reasonable period.

    Already done. Yoshi already said before heavensward that ps3 support will likely be dropped before the next expansion release.

    No.

    It should be at least written as an official announcement on the FFXIV launcher or lodestone; PS3 support will be dropped on dd/mm/yyyy.
    Don't get me wrong, I already migrate to PS4 and not against dropping the support.
