Add Golden Saucer to Weekly Challenge Log

Add a section in the Weekly Challenge Log for the Gold Saucer. The sections could be:
Play Triple Triad x10
Chocobo Racing x10
Participate in GATEs x5

The Reward would be MGP. The Challenge Log has sections for everything else, so there should be no reason why the Golden Saucer isn't on it. Any extra MGP is a bonus!

Yeah it's about time the gold saucer gets added into the challenge log. In 3.1 perhaps as there are big changes to Gold Saucer in that patch iirc.
