Need BLM Rotation pre-lvl 60

Ok so I'm a Lvl 54 BLM and really like it. But, as I get closer to 60 and getting new job abilities, I'm starting to think about a good rotation. I've seen a ton of guides on lvl 60 rotations, but I dont have Enochian or Fire 4 yet, so I dont think those guides are the best for me. Does anyone have a good rotation for a lvl 54 BLM? The last ability I got was Sharpcast, so any rotation up to that point would be great

Also, I main BRD so have access to Quelling and Raging Strikes and I know those are needed but not sure where to incorporate them... Thx!

I'll keep it short:

Sharpcast F1 > Fire III > Leylines + RS > Fire spam until nearly out of MP > Swiftcast Flare > Convert > F1 > Blizzard III > Thunder I > Blizzard I if an MP tick is needed > Fire III > Fire spam with Thundercloud > Blizzard III > etc

Can also start with a Blizzard III > Thunder > Fire III > Sharpcast F1, doesn't really matter either way. Slightly changes as you get Enochian and Blizzard IV but they're not big deals, just put Enochian in near the start of your rotation, do a Blizzard IV at the end of your rotation instead of Blizzard I to keep up Enochian. Fire IV is when it all gets flipped on its head.

It's basically the same as the level 50 rotation except Ley Lines is now a button to push.

The most useful thing I've found to do with Sharpcast is to let me multi-dot on packs of exactly 3 mobs.

Sharpcast T1 -> Switch target -> T3 -> Switch target -> Normal rotation except now I'm using Thundercloud to keep T3s rolling on all three targets.

Sometimes Thundercloud doesn't cooperate with you, but usually it does.

Yes and no. F3 and B3 give full AF and UI stacks respectively, but there are times when Transpose is needed for the lack of mana or otherwise. One example would be after Flare in AoE rotation. Single target doesn't use it, unless something goes wrong.

This is What I did before I hit 60

Blizzard 3>Sharp Cast>thunder 1>Ley Lines>Fire 3>Raging Strikes>Thunder Cloud Proc>as many fire 1s as you can deal out>Blizzard 3>Thunder 1/2 or proc if available.

After you get enochian and blizzard 4, this is what I did until 60.

Blizzard 3>Sharp Cast>thunder 1>Ley Lines>Fire 3>Enochian>Raging Strikes>Thunder Cloud Proc>as many fire 1s as you can deal out while keeping track on enochian>Blizzard 3>Thunder 1 or proc if available>Blizzard 4

For AOE I used Sharp Cast>Fire 3>Enochian>Ley Lines>fire 2>fire 2>flare>convert>swift cast >Flare>transpose>Blizzard 4>fire 3>fire2>Flare and so on

There are probably better pre 60 rotations out there, but that's what I did.

You use it to recover from Flare. In my level 50 rotation I used it to switch to AF after mp recovery if I had a hanging Firestarter proc.

The person above me explained but I want to expand upon it. You use transpose in 2 situations:

Fire3>Fire2>Fire2>Fire2> FLARE > Transpose.
Fire3>Fire1spam>Blizzard 3 but you have a firestarter procc. Instead of using the firestarter procc in umbral ice you can transpose into astral fire and proceed to use your firestarter procc for bonus damage.

Okay, so given all these suggestions, here is the rotation I came up with: Leylines>Surecast>Light 3>Swiftcast>Fire 4>RagingS>Fire 1 (repeat till low on MP)>Blizz 3
(Oh, and of course, anytime a Lightning or Fire proc pops up, I use it)
Any thoughts, or tweaks I should do? I also throw in a Swiftcast + Flare + Convert on dungeon bosses sometimes
