EX-Primal-Drops when doing it unsnyched?

Hey there,

as the title already suggests: can you get the drop from the EX-mode primals when you're doing it on level 60 and maybe even without a full party? I've heard ppl stating you cant - and I would like to be sure before I spend time farming them again

(I know you can get cards - and ofc the normal chest drops - but what about the feathers, horns, you name it...?)

the stuff like mog whisker and the like need to be synced.

only the horses and items from the chests drop.
