Not getting any xp after lvl 50

None of my four characters on my account are getting any experience after reaching lvl 50. I have the Heavensward expansion downloaded, so it is not a lvl cap. This is affecting all four of my characters on the account, all classes and all jobs. The XP bar is red with a circle at the left end that is also red with a diagonal slash through it.

If you go to your account on Mog station do you see a little circle beside the word Heavensward in the active games list. There is obviously one present in your FF Reborn listing.
