Personalizing Chocobos

Im not sure if this has been brought up before but, it would be awesome if you could dye Chocobo gear. People tend to go out of their way to make their characters look the way they want and i feel, as one of those people, that it would be great if we could do the same with Chocobos!

I think being able to change the color of the tips of Chocobo's feathers would also be a great addition to the game!
it could be like the current system that is in place, but instead of using normal chocobo dyeing feed, you would use mini versions just to alter the tips.
it could be unlocked by another quest or something

This is a small grievance but I'd like to be able to choose the gender of my chocobo too. Whenever you take them out of the stable it says you remove xxx from his stable", so they're all males.

It's in the story that all company chocobos come from Ishgard currently, and that they only allow for males to be sold to the other city-states. That's why you only see males at the moment. I've heard rumors that that will change in the future though.

I do love the idea of changing chocobo feather tips, as well as dying gear.. Both would be wonderful! Though honestly, I wish we could raise chocobo like we could back in ffxi
