Hello, my friend and I just had an in game wedding.

The issue comes from this:

My friend decided to buy a gold ceremony bracelet while I didn't and stayed on silver. It said on the page that the ceremony itself will play out as the lower plan but nowhere did it say (or clearly enough anyway) that my friend would NOT get the items they paid for (dyeable dress, chocobo etc)

They tried to contact customer service only for them to say sorry we can't do anything.

What do you mean you can't do anything? Your customer paid for a service and you're refusing that to your customer because another player didn't pay for their own items they didn't want? I'm not asking for any of the items since I haven't paid. But my friend should get the items.

But please, at least have the decency to at least refund the money. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to come to the forums to even bring this issue up.

We did do the whole bracelet trading and quest, everything as it said, they were wearing their gold bracelet. When it came to the date of the wedding we had the option to chose between my plan (silver) or my friend's plan (gold) and yet they didn't get any of the items.

Please tell me something logical apart from "Oh sorry we can't refund your friend the PRECIOUS 7 euros your friend paid even though we receive so much more monthly from them anyway, and no they can't get their items anyway haha"

At least make it clearer on your page in big red writing that buying two separate plans will result in no one getting any premium items.
