    Well as long as you know your job i'd say 240gear is enough, sophia weapon would be appreciated.
    Otherwise some crafted gear + alexander NM gear is good.

    Accuracy cap must be around 670 (like A5S) to be sure.

    The dps required depend only of your wish,
    There isn't really any dps check.
