At the end of the 2.x patch cycle the final step of the Relic weapon matches that of the t13 ilvl weapon. That's why we're assuming that this final stage of the anima will follow a similar pattern.

I was saying that we won't get that final step in the "next patch" which I assumed to be 3.45, but now that I read the post again it might be referring to the next major patch, 3.5 which most likely be where we get the final step.

Last time it was 2.41 that brought us 135 Zeta weapons. That's why we're thinking in 3.45 they'll do the same with the Anima weapons to 275.
