Ok so I've been looking at these DRG BiS things for a couple hours and I've tried my hands at making my own. Total weighted stats turns out being 3105.3 on this BiS and is the best that I've seen yet. Yeah it only beats the current best by like 1 point but w/e more damage. Link.
