I just switched from Rhongomiant to Overlord and dropped around 100 points of SkS, and right now I'm sitting at 565. This is my current setup*, aside from a stupid meld I did on the belt - it's a Det5 insteand of a Crit5. Here's the thing: I don't know if the 2.40 conundrum is still relevant considering how this raid tier turned out (eg: frequent downtimes). I still seem to be able to pull off the double Geirskogul under B4B, and HT and Phlebo uptime seems unaffected in a dummy-like situation. In short: should I still be pumping Crit>Det or be worried about the 2.42 GCD affecting in some way my DPS?

*Jewels are yet to be upgraded/re-melded and some of the left side were just augmented but not melded, this way I should be just fine. Accuracy, assuming an Acc5 meld on the head slot, shouldn't be a problem even in A8 (though we are still progressing in A7).
