I posted their projected DPS, according to my DPS models, besides the sets and their weighting. But that does not include oCDs, or any potential synergy at varying skillspeeds, with certain GCDs.

The only benefit you have of high SS are:

1) Being able to ensure that your 4th is fully buffed by POT + BFB, which makes absolutely no difference in the long run of an encounter

2) In some fights, you're able to get additional GCDs in before certain mechanics (like A5S prey)

3) Additional safety net, as we're only human.
