This one is the only one I ran into that didn't look stupid, and it uses slipstream chest, but it also ain't BiS. My simulator is giving the best results for sets with skill speed in the 400s and I'll really have to take a closer look at what to do in those cases (pshhhh I've been putting that off since Law was BiS though).

Weight ballparks at i240 (for those who are unfamiliar with the process, weights are relative to a gear set; don't have a BiS in mind, you don't have "the" weights):

STR = 1 (~1.50 DPS)
DET = .170-.174
CRT = .233-.236
WD = 12.6
SS = .145-.149

You can see all secondaries creeping up relative to STR, but if you take a ratio you can also see that Determination has regained a little stature next to Critical (not enough to matter, though). It's still CRIT CRIT CRIT, yo.
