    Well last I checked everyone was bursting the right hand and the SMN stopped multi-DoTing a while ago. Maybe it comes from the Scholar trying to keep both tanks alive ?

    If everyone's bursting the hand and the SMN isn't multi-dotting, then there's no way to say it other than your team needs to get better. There's no excuse for failing that check this late in the patch cycle, to be quite honest.
