    What is the recommend level for crafting this in 1.19. Any recommendations? I heard support and books are useless now. Other than that all lodestone says is it is a R31-40 recipe. Anybody have any recommendations for starting level for this craft.

    Have you checked any of the fan sites or the weaver thread yet? These questions should really go there.
    I'm going to guess 40's or 50 though.

    SE's synth lists order things by their crafting level without giving the eact level. Felt Cloth's near the end of the "31-40" list so it's probably level 39 or 40, so you would probably need 29 or 30 to make it.
