Suggestion: /throw Emote & Water

I apologize if this is in the incorrect place, I wasn't sure where else to post (I'm not a forum-y person.) I was just thinking, since when we /throw in snow we throw a snowball, it might be neat if when we /throw while standing in water, we splash water.

I dunno, recalling how some people get mad over the /slap throwing rocks may just tick em off more.....which is exactly why I would follow them around and spam it.
