PvP Gear just gives players an edge over others. Which is probably why they want to keep their unfair advantage because they don't want to PvP fairly.
in wich way does it give an edge over others when the pvp ilvl of seal rock is currently capped at 150.morale doesn't change that ilvl cap, aswell as materia.
