I'm pretty sure they state in the notes for 3.0 something along the lines of adding the Comment section because they specifically on purpose did not put in the new instance names.

Yeah, I still think the people who came up with that idea should get some talking to done. As that idea is incredibly stupid.
Why did they do that? Basically the only thing I can figure out is that they did to avoid spoilers.
I would really love to hear from them why they think "Limitless Blue (Extreme)" in the encounter field is less spoilery than "Bismarck EX kill" in the comment field.
Why they think that "Churning Mists" is less spoilery than "Moogle Hell".

Even that's not a very good reason because most people simply trying to autotranslate "Thok Ast Thok (Hard)" will almost certainly end up displaying "Thok Ast Thok (Extreme)" in the listing as well
