Addons are coming eventually, but don't expect it to be unrestricted in what you can do with it. In other words, you likely won't see any DBM style addons.

In before deleted: Already exist via the add on "special spell timers" (Google it) for the ACT parser. Complete with timers, icons, cooldowns, and target call outs.

as for the UI enchantments the op was asking about, also possible, but limited, with ACT and its add-ons. However it is possible to display the present info in your own customized way, they don't interact with the controls

Best part is its impossible to hide the data from the program because of how the game is required to work, so there's really no getting rid of it.

Only way they could really catch you using it is by RAM scanning, and that's only if you're running it on the same computer you run the game on(you don't have to).

Only one company I know of has done that and I think there was a privacy lawsuit going. Blizzard. Warden.

Trion did it with Rift also. Banned my account for for a week for using a legit mouse driver software.
