    I really detest Alexander. It's rather boring and uninteresting to me. My favorite thing about it was the hallway that was like a fun house where the elevation and slant got weird. It just got worse from there.

    I don't find it fun. So when Alexander came out I had no motivation to do it. I understand that it's very challenging. But I only enjoy challenging content when it's fun. Since Alexander just bores me and turns me away with its entire design, I don't even want to do Savage. It is just thematically much more boring compared to something like the 24-man raids where, while it was easy content, it was much more interesting content. I similarly found Coil rather boring (most of the mechanics were interesting but the bosses and areas weren't very interesting things thematically) but it is what it is I suppose.

    I really hope the new 24-man content isn't some generic sci-fi, interior dungeon spaceship because I think that would be just as boring.

    I'm in total agreement with you. The story in 2.0 was the primary motivation to finish every encounter. I dislike nearly everything about Alexander, and to be honest, after gearing my healer set from this raid I have not entered since-- and have ZERO desire to. Music sucks (not that most of Coil music was better), atmosphere sucks and the quality of people in Duty Finder is horrid. Not to mention, all but A3 is boring for me as a healer. For me, normal Alexander is NOT a proper transition into savage.

    I think the story will get better as the Alexander arc progresses, but seeing it through normal mode really removes A LOT of incentive to 1) find 7 other competent people 2) devote 12+ hours a week. Dye-able gear and lackluster looking weapons doesn't do it for me.
