Well, we did get chocobo breeding, it was one of the integral parts of making a racing chocobo for the Gold Saucer. Which is pretty much the only place where chocobo breeding matters, our company mounts are already kitted out for what they do. Breeding them would have no impact on that as they'd be starting over from level '1' and have to be leveled up just like the parents.
