At least the savage coil suggestion is easy to answer. They probably didn't see any reason to implement the savage mode for final coil because so few people were doing the other ones. Player turn out for those must have been absolutely abysmal if savage Alexander numbers are any indication. Not to mention the fact savage coil is much harder than savage Alexander.
