3.1 so far is

1. Sharing houses not new area
2. 2 expert dungeons one new and another hard mode version
3. 24 man raid
4. EM Singularity Reactor (not confirmed yet but numerous hints towards it from interviews/The Rising)
5.Airship Exploration (cant say much from this because there hasn't been much on it i won't bold it just yet)
6.Possible relic they said might get pushed to 3.15 i believe (depends how long it will take but i will bold this)
7. Main Story Quest
8.New primal like battle (I say primal like because they said primals won't always be in each patch now but there will be fights similar to them)

Alexander wont come back again until 3.2

Chances are it will just come down to the bold ones after release anyway
