What I don't understand is the following scenario I had within the last two weeks where I was desperately trying to get Scyllas Robe of Healing (if you think it's ugly think to yourself. I think it looks amazing!):
Every time I queued up and waited for a group the queue list started to switch back and forth.

Right now I'm queueing up for Syrcus Tower and in the queue there are 3 tanks, 6 healers and 10 DDs. Then after a minute it suddenly switches to a group with 2 tanks, 4 healers and 5 DDs. It switches back and forth every minute or so. So why the heck doesn't the queue just fill up the people?! Those who registered first are simply subtracted from the latter group and they fill up the first group, so they can already enter the raid, while the previous group becomes group 1 and is filled up with the next set of people trying to get into the raid. It would make waiting time so much shorter...
