As far as going in solo let us bring in personal FC retainer armies. That way, we can play as our parties FC or those who want a good venture can queue their retainers on DF and have a higher entrance for FC and will be great for me (and I'm sure many other players) who want to do it without the aggrivation of real players because they are annoying from time-to-time.
As far as a community aspect you can give rewards similar to tokens in Ravana and Bismark (EX) runs so we can choose what gear we want, new crafting gear for DF, undersized boost for those who wish to play it with others in a small group (8 - 16 players) & give experience for those at 50-60 realative to DF bonus.
That's been the trend so far. It's what they did with the Weathered set and IronWorks Set, so... Most likely. Though, they might split the rewards between both. IE: you get upgrades for your Doman set from CT and your Eso set from Void Ark. Or, given that we usually end up with 1 or 2 new armour sets with each patch, the eso set might get upgrades from running CT and the Void Ark would provide the new set or upgrades for the new set. Either way, we're looking at more "weekly clear" rewards to force us to run those 24 man nightmares. Be ready to face the Trolls. They'll be out in force.
I'm hoping it's more 'get eso upgrade items' through some roundabout method by running a new 'raid roulette' that includes all of CT and will continuously add Void Ark instances.
I wouldn't mind replaying those, but please no level synch. make an hard version if you like, but let us run at lvl 60. I mean after learning new skills/rotations, it feels so lame to go back to lvl 50 content
Sadly, it's probably not possible, and level sync is here to stay. You have to remember, SE has to appeal to the players who have not invested in the expansion. As much as I'd love to see a Extreme or Savage version of these dungeons, they're probably never going to happen. SE will be more interested in keeping que times alive for new players or players who have yet to get into 3.0 than they will in keeping the progressive crowd happy... since we already have more content than the sub-50 players.
The most likely thing they will do to revitalize ques is to offer a reward incentive for quing. That will most likely come in the form of upgrade items that are exchangeable for a multiple gearsets (so they can satisfy Antiquated and Ironworks players both). It will be the same weekly clear quest we already have, just with added rewards that lvl 60 players can use. Honestly, something like this has already been planned, and they're just telling us to be patient because they were going to roll it out with the next patch anyway.
Reworking the raids to fit 8 man groups is another possibility that I would have liked to see but, again, it's unlikely, because the lvl 50 players would not be able to run it... unless all of them were in dreadwyrm or full ironworks sets with optimized relic weapons... which is unlikely as well.
