You're the one who seems to have a problem with that. I don't. We're getting content for people who enjoy different types of things. That's a good thing in my opinion and SE happens to share it.The only history they have with keeping old content relevant is in a game that isn't very popular in the West, whereas this game is modeled after and specifically designed *for* the West.
And that lovely dev time they're not spending on dungeons and raids is going into other stuff that I find stupid bullshit, like Gold Saucer and crafting. It's not like they're wasting it.
Deal with it.
Maybe you should be the one to take your own advice and deal with it![]()
How is it "forcing" anyone into anything? I don't feel "forced" to run Main Scenario roulette, so I don't. It's simply giving people another (100% optional) way to get EXP, gil, and possibly tomestones. For people who have just hit 50 and are trying to level/gear up, the more options, the better.

Deal with it.lol, someone needs a cigarette
chill out, broit's a game at the end of the day
As much as I would like to see a raid roulette or some added exp from them, as-is. I would like to see some items for synth, or at least add the carbon coats and twine to mastercraft recipes to make them more than just items used for NPC upgrades. Like Kevlar and Carbon fiber recipes or something. Some WoD boss or random area items for crafting otherworldly things (furniture, Gear, potions) could help maintain some interest or reason to keep doing them and that quest in mor dhona..
It would be really easy to fix this.
When you do the update for golden saucer.
Put a roulette for CT and old fights to earn golden saucer points. cool down every two days.
hmm...but it under cuts the current content we have now for the upcoming 24 man. They could if they either raised the ilvl on the gear/difficulty of content and what not to keep it relevant. They've kept old content relevant before in XI, everything was relevant, even 13 years after it came out so that shows they know how to do it. The problem so much isn't players outgrowing content, it's SE outdating content within 3 months. Sometimes they even outdate content before it's even out (Bismarck ex weapons were beaten by law weapons which were easier to obtain, dungeons come out 20+ ilvls lower than the current ilvl etc)
The only way to make this raids relevant all over again is to add special new drops of mats to craft New gear. A bit like Allagan leather silk etc.
A drop per boss. Watch everyone run this stuff over and over again.
I personally love all these raids. Wish they do something about it.
Not really, it'd actually add more variety, we'd have more options in how we'd go about gearing up, rather than the same old 2 dungeons for eso or 24 man raid for subpar lower ilvl gear.
