CT is dead, please fix

Although we are in the era were the new breed of gamers complain because content requires actual skill.

What skill? I don't see any skill being required to complete a grind, just lots and lots and lots of patience. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're not right about grinds. It's an MMO. Grinding for content is kind of the trademark of the genre. We should expect and embrace the grind, but to think that some level of "skill" is required to run the same thing 100 000 times over is silliness incarnate.

Also, a note on the grind itself: it should be there, of course. Grinds separate the committed players from the casual players, and those with patience and are willing to put in the time and effort should be rewarded.... but they could at least make the grind entertaining. This is an MMO, yes, but an MMO is still a game. Games, by definition, are meant to be enjoyable.

CT isn't dead, it's that the Duty Finder is entirely broken. Through testing with my guild tonight, we determined that there were at minimum 3 different raids trying to be built, all of them about 2/3 full, and the duty finder refused to break up any of them to actually get any of them to run.

WTF... I watched it break and re-form the group three times, and it still couldn't put together a full run. The DF is completely and utterly shot.

I think you've got a point. I've been in this queue for almost 300 minutes and have seen the queue fill and empty without popping. It feels like I'm being skipped! The 24 man raids need a larger player base to pull from :X.

I see this kind of thing all the time, even for normal dungeon ques. I have no doubt that DF skips people and also locks people in incomplete parties instead of sorting out a full one.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but a quest to find our red-eyed catboy friend and wake him up would be nice. Also 1 tank, 1 heal, 2-4 dd versions of the towers sounds fun.

Yeah, I see this all the time.

And I've had people in the same role/job queue well after me, and get in long before I did. Because for whatever reason I got dumped out of mine and put into a new group.

Ahh that's always the best. Queue in and it pops in 15 min, somebody doesn't click commence and you get kicked from that queue into a different one and have to wait 30 more minutes.
