Synastry also buffs healing spells by 20%. Divine seal buffs healing spells by 30% (and it's common knowledge this buffs regens). They work exactly the same in terms of healing potency buffs therefore it also buffs regens.

CU's regen effect along with your regen spell makes for a powerful combination of hots for "free". You can time dilation your tank and pretty much ignore him whilst you gravity spam.

Also, healing CDs in expert dungeons is fine. You shouldn't be running into issues keeping a tank alive at this ilvl. I use Synastry on pulls solely to buff my regens which allow me to DPS longer.
